Payment may be in any method of payment accepted by PayPal and will be billed as AR2online.com. The term "dollars" as used herein refers to United States Currency only. All prices displayed throughout BagpiperServices.com are in dollars, and all payments will be processed in dollars or in an equivalent and acceptable form of foreign currency in an amount equal to the the United States dollars stated.
Membership entitles the member to any and all leads generated for the zip code(s) purchased by that member. There are no guarantees that any leads will be generated. Failure to receive leads as a result of membership is not grounds for a refund of any of the costs associated with membership and no refunds will be issued to a member who did not receive any leads during the term of membership. Bagpiperservices.com does not discriminate between members. All leads generated for a particular zip code are provided to any member who purchases the rights to said information in that zip code. It is the responsibility of each member to provide BagpiperServices.com with their proper and current contact information for purposes or receiving information from the provider. If a member fails to maintain current contact information with BagpiperServices.com, BagpiperServices.com is specifically not liable for any failure to provide information which would otherwise be distributed to such a member.
